Before accepting any offer, read the cost of borrowing, the repayment schedule and all fees disclosed by the lender, and borrow only what you can afford to repay.

When you submit an application, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete. You authorize us and the lenders in our network to verify it, including your employment, income and banking details and, where a lender requires it and the law permits, to obtain information from a consumer reporting agency. We may decline to process a request, and a lender may decline an application, at any time.
We do not guarantee that you will be approved, matched with a lender, or offered any particular amount, rate or term. Loan amounts, terms and availability vary by province and by lender. All lending decisions and loan terms are determined by the lender.
It is free to submit a request through our website. Any fees, interest or charges that apply to a loan, including any broker fees, are set out in the lender’s agreement and presented to you before you accept it.
You agree that we may communicate with you, and that agreements and notices may be provided, electronically. Typing your name, clicking to accept, or giving verbal consent where offered counts as your signature and is as binding as a handwritten one, to the extent the law allows. Electronic copies of documents are valid as originals.
You agree not to submit false information or information belonging to someone else, interfere with the security or operation of the site, use automated tools to collect data from it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The content, design, logo and trade names on this website belong to Send Me Cash Now or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.
Our site may link to lenders and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices or agreements. Your agreement with a lender is solely between you and that lender.
Our website and brokerage service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Send Me Cash Now is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions or decisions of any lender. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any transaction carried out through this site is considered to take place at our office in Montreal, Quebec, regardless of where the site is viewed from. This does not deprive you of any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your province of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its revision date, applies from the moment it is published.
